1. Do I have to wait for my home to be built?
Some of our condominiums are available for immediate occupancy. Most of our condos and townhomes are in various stages of construction, ready for your finish selections. We also offer many options that allow you to customize your home to suit your needs and a style that suites you!

2. What is included in the Homeowners Association Dues and how often are they paid?
Edinburgh Square's has two (2) HOA dues in which water, trash removal and building maintenance are included in the condominium dues, and pool/clubhouse and common area landscaping is included for all homes. Dues are paid monthly, separate from your mortgage payment.

3. What are the amenities at Edinburgh Square?
Edinburgh Square offers community pool/clubhouse, professionally landscaped and irrigated common areas, and walking paths.
