2. Financing.
Our preferred lenders can assist you in obtaining a mortgage. Or, you can use your own lender.

3. Choose Your New Home.
Edinburgh Square offers 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums.. We also offer two 3-bedroom duplex/townhome models. What comes standard at Edinburgh Square – ceramic tile, upgraded carpet and pad, upgraded plumbing fixtures to name a few – other communities only offer for additional charge. We are the best value in town. Some of our homes are available for immediate occupancy so there's no waiting for your new home to be built. We also offer many options that allow you to customize your home to fit your style.

4. Make it Official.
Once you've selected the condominium that fits you best, our professional and knowledgeable sales staff will guide you through the process of signing the purchase agreement for your new home.

5. Finalize your Financing.
Now that your purchase agreement is signed, our preferred lenders will assist you through the loan process. Your part is simple - you will need to provide W-2(s), two months bank statements, and pay stubs for the last 30 days. It's that simple.

6. Preparing for Closing.
As you await your closing date, keep in mind that lenders will check your credit once more prior to closing. Keep in mind these important items as each of them can affect your credit:
• Do not apply for any new credit until after closing
• Do not co-sign for a loan prior to closing
• Do not quit your job or change jobs prior to closing

7. Closing Day.
On closing day, you will need to bring a cashier's check for any funds that may be due from you. You will receive the keys to your new home that very same day!
